Executive Insight Suite (EIS) Reporting
Objective Metrics and In-Depth Reporting
EIS produces a variety of objective metrics that provide management the ability to holistically measure key business factors enabling them to target and predict the effects of business improvement initiatives. In addition, EIS provides trend reporting that allows management to see the effects of those initiatives. This is accomplished by quantifying and relating:
- Vulnerability inherent to each business process relative to a specific set of criteria
- Skills and knowledge required to use and support each process
- Skills and knowledge possessed by staff engaged in each process
- Level to which staff members perform and fulfill their job requirements
- Work and knowledge contribution of each individual to the business
